Beetroot Oil ( Beta vulgaris )
The oil contains: fibre – it supports regular bowel action and lowers cholesterol; vitamin E – it affects the overall regeneration of the body and slows down aging; copper and zinc – they enhance the strength of nails and hair; magnesium and calcium – they protect the body from over-acidification and have beneficial effects against gout and increased levels of uric acid in the blood; silicon – it is essential for the consistency of connective tissues and the flexibility of arteries; iron – it participates in blood formation and helps in the case of anaemia; folic acid – it contributes to the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system, supports the growth of cells and tissues; iodine – it is recommended for banting and liver and kidney diseases; B vitamins – they are important for metabolism; vitamin C – it is a good immunity stimulator. The beet was an avowed cure in the ancient medicine and its healing properties are of use for the problems with the liver and the kidneys, to treat obesity; it is recommended for diets and banting, it contributes to the treatment of the flu and the cold, alleviates the infections of the respiratory tract, helps in the case of intestine and stomach disorders, prevents constipation, rids the body of toxic substances, contains dissolvable fibre which lowers the cholesterol level and lowers blood pressure. It is an excellent remedy for anaemia. The beet contains all the nutrients necessary for blood formation (iron, silicon, copper, folic acid, vitamin C and B) and it is therefore suitable for treating anaemia (the typical symptoms are overall fatigue, exhaustion and dizziness).

Storage: keep away from direct sunlight, store at room temperature, refrigerate after opening. If the temperature is low, the product may become turbid or may solidify, but the effect fades at room temperature. Use within 3 month after opening.
Dosage: internal use – 1 teaspoon in the morning (on an empty stomach) and 1 teaspoon in the evening (before bedtime); cold cuisine – according to the taste and the amount of food; external use – as necessary.
